All character-oriented Signal Searches will include a single S-Rank character and two A-Ranks with boosted drop rates. The pity system will give you a guaranteed S-Rank within 90 pulls.

Ellen Joe Signal Search – Mellow Waveride

The Ellen Joe Signal Search will launch on July 4, along with the game’s full release. Ellen is an S-Rank Ice attribute character with an Attack fighting style. She is a member of Victoria Housekeeping Co.

Ellen’s Banner will have an increased chance of dropping her and also the following characters:

Zhu Yuan Signal Search – Unswerving Bullet

The Zhu Yuan Signal Search will launch on July 24. Zhu is an S-Rank Ether attribute character with the attack fighting style, the leader of Public Security’s criminal investigation team, and a part of the N.E.P.S faction.

Zhu’s Banner will have an increased chance of dropping her and also the following characters:

Star-Studded Cast Banner

The Star-Studded Cast Banner will contain the following characters, all S-Rank:

It will also contain the following A-Rank characters:

S-Rank characters will have a 0.6% drop chance, while A-Rank characters will have a 9.4% drop chance. The first 50 Signals Searches on this banner will receive a 20% discount, so you will essentially get 10 Master Tapes for the cost of 8.

Once you spend 300 pulls on this banner, you will receive a guaranteed S Rank character of your choice, and the Banner only takes Master Tapes. The Banner also contains W-Engines, and you are guaranteed an S Rank W-Engine within 90 pulls.

How the Signal Searches work

To pull on the Banners, you will need to use either Polychromes or Master Tapes and Encrypted Master Tapes. The Bangboo Banners use a different currency called Boopons that can only be obtained in-game. You will be able to earn Polychromes by completing a variety of missions or purchasing them with real-world currency.

There will also be a W-Engine Banner that we don’t know a huge amount about at this point.
