There are two things inZelda: Echoes of Wisdomthat will really help when it comes to encounters with enemies – Smoothies and Potions. There are 10 Potions that can be made to give you a boost right when you need it.
Unlike Smoothies, Potions don’t restore any health and require items dropped by Monsters encountered in the wild. These items are harder to find than basic Smoothie ingredients, but the Potions they go into are far more powerful in terms of the buffs they provide.

It’s worth remembering that a few of these five-minute buffs can also be gained bydrinking a Smoothiethat contains a Golden Egg alongside a health restoration of 20 hearts. However, getting your hands on a Golden Egg can be very difficult, so Potions are a good way to supplement other health-increasing Smoothies.
How to make Potions in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom
Potions are made in the same way as Smoothies, all that changes are the ingredients. To make a Potion, talk to any of the Business Scrubs and select “Smoothie, please!” then select your two ingredients to make a Potion.

All 10 of the Potions that can be made will sell for 35 Ruppees, leaving you with 25 Rupees profit after the 10 Rupee cost of making them. The buff from each potion lasts for five minutes, so remember to top up if you need the boost provided for any longer than that.
