A newWarzoneupdate has just gone live, shaking up the meta by nerfing the game’s latest most popular OP gun.

In today’s update, the powerfulDM-10marksman rifle got a significant nerf along with the Krig C, while several other ARs got buffed, along with scopes onBlack Ops 6weapons to compensate and shake up the long-range meta game in battle royale.

Warzone Clash mode

“Since season three, we have refined the Marksman Rifle class to give each weapon a distinct role,” Raven Software said. “The DM-10 has excelled, but its strength in certain scenarios has outpaced the rest. In this update we are reducing its velocity while slowing its ADS time and adding harsher penalties when not hitting the upper torso or head. The DM-10 will remain strong in skilled hands but requires more precise shots to achieve its strength now. We will monitor how it goes and adjust accordingly.”

ForBO6weapons, the 2x, 3x, and 4x scopes all have had their visual recoil reduced “to improve the overall usability of optics, especially at long range encounters,” Raven said, “to make it easier to track and stay on target when engaging at longer ranges.”
