The Stick of Truth is still slated for 2013
Throughout its relatively short existence, the upcomingSouth Parkgame has seemed to get the short end of thestick. Fromdeveloper layoffstoa bankrupt publisher,South Park: The Stick of Truthcan’t seem to catch a break.
After buying the project, Ubisoft has stayed relatively mum with regard to promoting it — a trend that’s a bit worrisome. That’s why it’s a relief thatUbisoft confirmed to VideoGamerthatThe Stick of Truthis still scheduled for a 2013 release. Unfortunately, that’s all that Ubisoft had to say.
This confirmation comes on the heels of the news thatObsidian developers arebranchingout to work on a next-gen title. Hopefully they still have time to do right by South Park Elementary’s finest.
