EA Sports has revealed the name ofMadden NFL 25‘s top 10 running backs (RBs), and we have our second entrant to the 99-rating club.
Cover icon and San Francisco star Christian McCaffrey is the best RB in this year’s game. It was widely expected that McCaffrey could grab the top position, following his selection as this year’s cover icon by EA Sports. Not only has he secured the top spot, but his 99 OVR rating makes it a special occasion for him. Along with McCaffrey, nine other superstars are also present on the list.

For now, I have used the OVR rating as the parameter to decide how good an RB will be in the game. You’ll also have to pay attention to the key stats, which will determine how they perform on the field.
Unlike the top 10 names in the WR position, there’s a noticeable gap between the 10 best RBs inMadden NFL 25. Based on overall ratings, Nick Chubb has grabbed the second position with a rating of 96, while Derrick Henry is the third name with an overall of 94.

Incidentally, McCaffrey isn’t the quickest member on this list, as that award goes to Kenneth Walker III, who has 94 Speed. It will be interesting to find out which other attributes for the RB position will be important after the implementation of Boom Tech and Physics-based movements.
