Restocks are generally exclusive now

Oh you thought amiibo were done? Think again.

Hearkening back to the days of the “Unholy Trinity” of Marth, Villager, and Wii Fit, theSmashZelda amiibo (who actually launched a month after amiibo debuted in November of 2014), like almost everything else in that early lot, has become a rarity.

But in the past year or so Nintendo has been attempting to restock older figures, peppering in random shipmentsfor scalpers to swoop upfor people to grab. The latest one is the aforementionedSmashiteration of Zelda, who is now a Walmart exclusive (and sold out online for the time being).
