Sony airs clever viral ad for The Order: 1886 in Japan

I wish it didn’t have a trailer at the end

I really have no idea of what to expect fromThe Order: 1886, but I enjoyed this new viral ad from Sony, the game’s publisher. Framed as a news investigation, the video takes a viral approach to the game’s 1886 setting.

I like the ad itself but I wish it just cut off after the BCO News splash. Having people think it’s real would have been a lot more interesting. After all, people thought that Steven Spielberg killed a dinosaur after he released a promotional picture of him over a “corpse.”
