If you missed out on the various independent game bundles during the Steam summer sale and regret doing so,you’ll have another opportunityto get them at a greatly reduced price this week. The offer is good from now until Thursday at 4:00pm Pacific, as is a 75-percent-off discount onTransformers: War for Cybertron.

Between these eleven bundles, a person could truly flesh out a solid library of PC (and even Mac!) games. The groupings are diverse enough that I hesitate to make any general recommendations, but you can’t go wrong with Bundle 1 or Bundle IX. Really, it depends on your taste in games.

To think, I managed to make it through the summer sale having spent less than a dollar. How was this miraculous feat accomplished? For one, I didn’t actively keep up with the discounts on a day-to-day basis, and getting hit hard in prior years meant I owned much of what I wanted going into this sale. So, yeah, it was a total fluke. Fate won’t be so kind to be next sale, I reckon.
