Capcom is bringing the light gun shooters to Japan on a single Blu-ray disc on June 28. A downloadable release of the two games is expected on the North American PlayStation Network sometime next month. Aside from high-definition visuals, the enhancements include trophies, leaderboards and PlayStation Move support.

As was the case withDead Space Extraction, No More HeroesandHouse of the Dead: Overkill, this is good news if you’re a PlayStation 3 owner looking to get some use out of the white elephant of motion controllers. For anyone who has played these titles on their original platform, there doesn’t appear to be much of anything to lure you in for a second on-rails tour de Raccoon City.
