Gaming focused, affordable

A new product, a Razer “micro-console” powered by Android TV, was shown as part of the keynote at Google I/O today. This is a device that will stream games and other content to televisions. Razer says that it will be priced to be affordable, gaming focused, and targeted for a wide range of consumers.

As for details, all we know so far is that the device can be navigated with a special mobile app that will be available for use on any Android tablet or phone.

In keeping with the spirit of Google I/O, Razer is not discussing specifics at this time.

Razer says that the same team that engineered theRazer Blade,Razer Edge, and the prototypeProject Christineare behind the design of this new device.
