Coming soon to iOS, if all goes well

Originally released as a Flash game,Radical Fishingis something I’ve been dying to get my hands on for years. The expanded iOS release from Vlambeer and other notable names from the independent games scene was beaten to market by a clone, all but killing the desire to finish the project. Thankfully, the team has since pulled together — thanks in large part to fan support — and submitted a build to the App Store.

Vlambeer has recounted the experiencein a blog post, if you’re curious. “No more talking about clones:Ridiculous Fishingis something we’re too proud of to be discussing its value in terms of another game. It’s time to focus on what we made:Ridiculous Fishinghas been submitted. We’ll be back with more news as soon as Apple approves the game.”
