Uggggh… a newMario & Sonic at the Winter Olympicsis coming to the Wii U. Why am I not surprised?
The game will take place in Sochi, Russia, the site of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games, and will use a combination of Wii Remote Plus and GamePad play for events. There’s also a curling event that requires you to scribble on the GamePad screen. Yahoo.
Some of the events are more “game-y” than the typical Olympic ones. Some, such as snowboarding and the luge, will have larger, more dynamic levels that are closer to levels found inMario KartorSonic Adventure. So that’ll be fun.
