Season 3 will soon go live inNBA 2K25,and there’s plenty of excitement about the upcoming content.
As of this writing, 2K has yet to reveal the rewards that will be part of the new season. However, we have confirmation about when the new season will kick off. The date and time were confirmed when the patch notes forUpdate 3.0were revealed.
NBA 2K25 Season 3 release date
Season 3 is going live onFriday, November 29. In other words, players have only a few more days to complete the current season pass and unlock all the rewards. If you go for a pro upgrade, you can unlock far more rewards in the process. Once the new season goes live, a fresh season pass will be available for all.

Season 3’s launch will follow the standard schedule that 2K always follows. The new seasonal content will be available starting at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET, the same moment when allSeason 2content, including the season pass, will be removed from the existing game modes.
NBA 2K25 Season 3 rewards
2K has revealed the main rewards that will be available across MyTeam and MyCareer modes. MyCareer will have plenty of Christmas themed items.
MyTeam will also have some exciting rewards, highlighted by a 98 OVR Galaxy Opal David Robinson. We will have a full set of Season Pass rewards available once Season 3 is live, but these will be the highlight rewards.
If you choose to opt for the Pro Upgrade, you’ll immediately unlock a 96-rated Bronny James item to add to your MyTeam squad.
