YouTuber KamiWasa created a short animation of the mysterious old man fromMother 3, who is sometimes seen hanging out in the hot springs. It’s just a quick loop of the man appearing and disappearing, as he often does, and using his signature catchphrase, “Yes?”
It’s a silly video, but it makes me happy to seeMother 3rendered in 3D, complete with the soothing hot springs music. TheMotherseries is already perfect in pixel form, but it would still be fun to see the games done up in polygons. I mean,Mother 3wasalmost an N64 game, after all.
I hope we see more stuff like this from KamiWasa and other fans. Maybe they could do an alternate version with the hot springs lady saying, “Mixed gender bathing?”
