The Dragon of Dojima returns
As part of today’s RGG Studio live stream, the developer revealed a brand new title,Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. This “side-story” release is described as a new action-adventure, currently in development for PlayStation, PC, and Xbox platforms with a 2023 release date.
While the developer was incredibly tight-lipped in regards to the details, the new title is an “action-adventure game” that will detail the actions of The Dragon of Dojima, Kiryu Kazuma, following his departure from the series inYakuza 6.The purpose ofLike a Dragon Gaidenis to tell Kiryu’s story fromYakuza 6, through his brief appearance inLike a Dragon 7, and his return in thejust revealedLike a Dragon 8.
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Namewill launch in 2023 on PlayStation, PC, and Xbox.
