Born of Breadmay sport a cute and cuddly aesthetic you’ll want to play with your pals, but there’s no co-op support yet. As for future plans, we haven’t received official word, but its Steam page explains its features.

Unfortunately,Born of Breadco-op won’t be a feature in the game.you may’t equip a second controller to your console or PC and play it with your friend.

Is there Born of Bread co-op?

OnBorn of Bread‘s Steam page, it lists the game as “Single-player” rather than a multiplayer title. Something else to keep in mind is thatBorn of Breadis a turn-based RPG. Even if it was co-op, I wouldn’t see much point in it.

If you want to see if passing the controller around to your friend would make this single-player RPG thrilling, you’re able to try out the demo. It’s available to download on the Nintendo Switch’s eShop, Steam, PlayStation systems, andXbox systems.

The demo lasts around an hour. It introduces you to the combat, the eccentric story, and the first buddy you’ll meet in the game Lint.

Family-friendly co-op games

Born of Breadco-op isn’t going to be a thing. However, there are certainly some alternatives. If you want a co-op experience with friends and family,Sea of Thievesis a good choice. You’re trying to manage a pirate ship, trying to find treasure, and taking on quests in a whimsical world.

Another co-op game you should try isMoving Out 2. You’re working together to move in and out personal belongings. The gameplay mechanics get silly as you’re trying to move animals into their pens and trying to move heavy couches across moving platforms. The cutesy art style fromMoving Out 2is also eccentric, just likeBorn of Bread.
