Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link, the iOS/Android RPG based on the beloved Square Enix franchise, is having a closed beta. Here’s all you need to know if you want to get in on the keyblade-wielding action!
What isKingdom Hearts Missing-Link?
In the latest trailer, the GPS-based game, similar toPokémon GO, isexpected to be released in 2024.Kingdom Hearts Missing-Linklets players play as a Keyblade Wielder who uses the power of various Disney characters to battle foes. You can also play with up to three people for raids. It reminds me a lot ofKingdom Hearts: Chain of Memorieswith its combat but upgraded for modern audiences.
What are the system requirements?
According to the game’s website, the closed beta forKingdom Hearts Missing-Linkon iOS starts onNovember 29 at 7:00 AM (UTC)and ends onDecember 8, 2023. For Android users, expect to get access to the beta inJanuary 2024. In terms of system requirements, iOS members need to haveiOS 15and have aniPhone XS or newer. For Android, you need to beAndroid 10 or higherand have SoC: Snapdragon 845 or higher. Both require at least5 GB of spaceavailable.
This is the latest game in theKingdom Heartsfranchise after 2019’sKingdom Hearts III. In 2022,Kingdom Hearts IVwasannouncedfor the series’ 20th anniversary. No other information outside of the announcement trailer was given. As a lifelong fan of the series, it’s one of my most anticipated titles, as it is for many other Keyblade Wielders.
