The Cheshire Cat is up to some mysterious antics again inDisney Dreamlight Valley.First, he messed around with mannequins in Scrooge McDuck’s shop, only to return later and make a mess in Remy’s kitchen. Now, he’s back to spread mischief in your village realms during the Cheshire Cat Chaos event.
Disney Dreamlight Valley’sCheshire Chaos event introduces four duties that grant cosmetic rewards, with Clean Your Room being one of the trickier ones to complete. Here’s exactly how to finish this duty and claim its rewards.
How to complete Clean Your Room duty in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Completing the Clean Your Room duty during theCheshire Chaos eventrequires venturing into theToy Story realmand using your Royal Watering Can to clear awaypurple paw prints. You’ll need to find 20 of these paw prints to claim your event reward.
Several of these paw prints will spawn throughout the realm, including on top of the bed, the floor, and behind closet doors. Occasionally, they’ll appear in tricky spots like the penguin enclosure and behind storage crates, so be sure to check every nook and cranny of the realm in case you miss any.
Purple paw prints will spawn every 10 to 15 minutes, with up to five available at a time. This timer lets you leave your keyboard or console for some time to let more appear, but you won’t have 20 sitting on the floor even if you’re away for several hours. Similarly, if you want to collect a few paw prints before leaving to complete quests, you can return an hour later to find four or five more to clear away.
Using your watering can on 20 paw prints will reward you with theRabbit Rocking Chair. You’ll also be ready to take on Jungle Bungles and More than a Mirage as the event continues. You can claim the rocking chair by heading intoDisney Dreamlight Valley’sin-game menu, navigating to Events, and scrolling down to the Cheshire Cat Chaos event.
When does the Cheshire Cat Chaos event end?
Disney Dreamlight Valley’sCheshire Cat Chaos event starts onMay 7, concluding onMay 20.You have two weeks to enter the Toy Story realm, search for paw prints, and use your watering can to clear them away. If you’re not able to play the game often, you’ll have a few weeks to hop on and check the realm before moving on to other tasks.
Initially, the Clean Your Room and Calmer of Chaos duties are the only ones you can complete during the event. Over time, the Cheshire Cat will move spots, letting you venture into other realms to advance through the event’s remaining duties for additional rewards. At the time of writing, it’s unknown whether the Cheshire Cat will leave the Toy Story realm during this time, so try to finish it as soon as you can for the best odds of completing the event and obtaining your Rabbit Rocking Chair.
