PC release still TBA
[Update:Publisher GungHo Online has confirmed that dual language support won’t launch with theGrandia HD Collection. In an update post-launch, the feature will come as free DLC for owners of the main game.]
TheGrandia HD Collectionwill be heading to Nintendo Switch next week. Releasing on August 07, 2025, the collection packs bothGrandiaandGrandia IIin a single package with remastered visuals and audio. A PC release of the originalGrandiawill follow but is still TBA.
As noted in a press release, both releases will contain enhancements to the UI for widescreen, dual audio, full French and German translations for text, updated sprites and texture art, and completely remastered cinematics. It sounds like the definitive version of these games, which should make fans of the Saturn/Dreamcast originals very pleased.
