Limbs are no longer going to go ‘boom’
Originally, shooterSniper: Ghost Warrior 2was supposed to feature the dismemberment of limbs in the core game, but to avoid a German ban, it was taken out in favor of offering it as free DLC at a later date.
Apparently though, this free update is no longer a thing.Speaking to Videogamer.com,City Interactive stated that the DLC was now cancelled.“I can confirm that CI Games are no longer going to be releasing the dismemberment DLC,” stated the representative, without a clear reason given as to why it was exactly cancelled.
It’s possible though, that given the negative initial critical response, it simply isn’t worth paying to certify free content.
