Keep the late port train a-rollin’
Leave it to Amazon to once again break a story well ahead of a publisher’s official announcement. A new listing on the online retailer revealsDeus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cutfor Wii U is set to release on May 7.Rumorsabout an enhanced port of the 2011 FPS / RPG have been circling for a while, and now we’ve got the proof.
Why is this a thing, exactly? The Wii U doesn’t need ports of games that came out over a year and a half ago. It needs the newest wares on the markettoday. Everybody bought this already on another, more populated platform. This is why Wii U sales are sh*t. It doesn’t make sense!

At the very least, Square Enix is only charging $49.99 instead of the full $59.99. I’m guessing that the mountains of revenue generated byFinal Fantasy: All the Bravestmeans the company can now afford to start passing “savings” along to the consumer.
