inZOIis a life-sim with next-generation graphics and huge potential. There’s a lot to experience, but if you’re diving in and hoping to forge a career for your Zoi, then there are some things you need to bear in mind.
Mainly, where your Zoi makes their home will directly impact what jobs they’re able to get. Each of the two currently available cities has a different selection of careers, so you need to consider your job goals before you move in.
As theearly access periodofinZOIprogresses, more jobs are set to be added, and this article will be updated accordingly. Freelance careers are already set to be added in May, so keep an eye out for those.
How to get a job in inZOI
If you’ve ever playedThe Sims, then getting a job ininZOIwill be a breeze. Simply open up the Smartphone and select the purple Jobs icon to see what jobs are available in your current city. On this screen, you can also see whether you meet the criteria for higher-level jobs, and what you need to do to meet the criteria.
The jobs available in inZOI are currently split between Dowon and Bliss Bay. There are several career tracks you’re able to take, each offering various promotions and pay increases as you develop your skills and attend work days. Jobs can be either part-time or full-time.
Jobs only available in Dowon
Dowon is a sprawling urban city based on those found within South Korea. It has an underground train system for Zois to use, and plenty of jobs on offer if you’re feeling up to the challenge.
Esports Gamer
Jobs only available in Bliss Bay
Bliss Bay is a more relaxed environment, based on coastal North American cities like Los Angeles. The biggest draw of Bliss Bay is the Amusement Park, offering fun jobs for your Zois, but there are lots of other roles on offer for those who want something a little more laid back.
Gangster
Jobs available in both cities
Some jobs aren’t limited to a single city such as Dowon or Bliss Bay. These jobs can be picked up wherever you move your Zoi to, so are good options if you’re unsure where you want to reside.
