Konami’s upcoming action game in which you play as an immortal demon hunter on present-day Earth who is unfazed by his own body parts being blown about — yes, I’m talking aboutNeverDead— still looks as thoughits January 31release date will be happening. When word came out of the game’s official release date, we gotsome screenshots, so now Konami is pushing out more images because, well, why not? It all still looks as wacky and out-there as it did when it was first announced wayback at E3 2010, but we’ll have to wait and see if the game itself is fun to play....

EVE Online’sdeveloper CCP are still working onWorld of Darkness,the upcoming MMO set in the same universe asVampire the Masquerade. It’s nice to hear them say it’s still under development, but it’s better to see some proof. During their Fanfest last week CCP unveiled a tech demo showing off the graphics ofWorld of Darkness. It looks really pretty even without people running around. I’m looking forward to seeing how CCP handles a character driven MMO....

Okay then In a third-party release schedule for Wii U, Nintendo dropped additional details on the impendingRayman Legendsdemo. Pegged as arriving late this month, the demo will contain the game’s full online challenge mode. According to Nintendo, we’ll be able to play four levels, one of which, “Murfy’s Dungeon,” is exclusive to Wii U. (Yes, really.) Of course, Ubisoft will put out extra challenges on a daily and weekly basis — this is a challenge mode, after all — though I’m not sure how long such a thing can hold our attention....
