Silent Hill: Downpour delayed to Q2 2012

Originally slated for this year,Silent Hill: Downpourhas been delayed to the second quarter of next year, as confirmed by Konami. Considering the game was due November 4 and has had very little marketing, I don’t think anyone’s surprised. Konami’s given it a window of Q2 2012, which would put it somewhere between March and June. I am very glad of the delay, becausewhen I played itearlier this year, I thought it was awful....

The DTOID Show: Adventure Time, Deadpool, & Spider-Boobs

Holy crap guys, I think this might be my favorite episode of the show we’ve done in ages. Like, just in terms of the pure awesomeness/absurdity of today’s news. For starters, the ESRB has described all the awful things that are inResident Evil 6, and it includes a spider with lady-parts. I have been very vocal in the past about how terrible spiders are, andhow sex with them would be the worst....

The Weekend Hotness: Godzilla vs. Mothra

Monster mash! I love watching toys fight each other while they smash tiny model cities. There is just something about old-school special effects that made everything so much more silly and enjoyable. Imagine if The Hobbit looked like this? This weekend we had a new Sup Holmes, Teenage Pokemon, the most meaningful video game qoutes, ground pizza, more leaked news about pirates, and tons of offbeat stuff for you to look at....

Viva Pinata is coming!!! You’re Invited!!!

Via GayGamer . As if Viva Pinata didn’t lookflamboyantenough, you now get to see them talking in their full orgy of glory. The 360 game looks like it could be a sweet Pokemonish game that even the Japanese crowd will flock to, but despite having a crazy imagination and an enjoyment forpsychedelic games, I prefer my pinatas silent.Actually, screw that – I prefer my pinatas screaming and bleeding with candy – think of how cool the game could have been if the goal wasn’t dancing with pinatas to mate with them, and was instead driving 40+ species of pinata to extinction with various weapons found throughout the island....
