Ice Breaker will dredgeDirt 5drivers out of the mud and deposit them on a series of slippy-slidey new courses located arounds the globe. Described by Codemasters as “minimum grip, maximum fun,” Ice Breaker will task players with a series of tricky tracks, where every high-speed turn could send you careering off-course and into crowds of innocent spectators… Well, perhaps not, but you’ll at least lose your place....

At its CES keynote this evening, Microsoft announced that Netflix on Xbox 360 would finally be getting Kinect support this spring. The Kinect-enabled Netflix was shown briefly, and included swiping through menus, and will support similar voice and motion commands to Microsoft’s current Zune video services. Additionally, Hulu’s subscription service, Hulu Plus, will also be available on Xbox 360 this spring. Like with Netflix, Hulu Plus will support Kinect functionality, including motion controls and voice....

The 2.0 update forCyberpunk 2077is out, and it contains a ton of changes big and small to CD Projekt Red’s RPG world. Modder and developer profit split Valve caught mad flak early this year trying to introducepaid mods(modders could charge for their work on the Steam Workshop) to an existingSkyrimcommunities whose modders often shared content freely. Suddenly someone else who used your character models, for instance, to bring something new to the game for everyone to enjoy could be charging money for what is partially your work. So Valve rolled back that program...

I’ve started watchingCat FacefromWeebl’s Stuff. I don’t know why. I think the repetition of the exhausted-yet-amused “Silly Catface” at the end of each episode is increasingly amusing. In any case, it’s a cartoon about a cat with a big floating face. That’s reason enough to be worthy viewing. As always, videogames have been played with our hands and minds, which shall now be confessed to the Destructoid community. What did YOU play?...

At first glance, this week’s forgotten game might not seem like anything special. The graphics are dated, the story is developed almost entirely through hammy FMV cutscenes, and 99 percent of the overall gameplay takes place at a virtual desk. It all seems very, very boring…until one realizes that this isexactlywhat the life of a CIA agent entails. Spycraft: The Great Gamewas developed with the help of a former CIA director and a former KGB major general, and it shows —Spycraftis made up primarily of data analysis and spying rather than massive gunfights or chase sequences (though there are, admittedly, one or two of those)....
