Not quite stealthy, but still fun In a recent hands-on withSplinter Cell: Blacklist, I had a chance to see exactly whatourothereditorshave been excited about regarding both the game’s single- and multiplayer components. We’ve just received word, via an Electronic Arts conference call, that last year’s critically acclaimed sci-fi horror gameDead Spaceis getting a Wii release. EA CEO John Riccitiello announced the game just moments ago. According to the silver-haired Lothario, the game will have a similar feel to the original PS3 and 360 title. He also stated that EA will be “bringing a lot of core intellectual property to the Wii,” so don’t be surprised if other well-known PS3/360 titles likeMirror’s Edgestart appearing on Nintendo’s little white waggle box as well....

Well, it appears as though the DS is getting its own first person shooter,Dead’n’Furious, from Dream On Studio — who has also madeWinnie the Pooh’s Rumbly Tumbly Adventure. Boy, am I excited. In before Bow-Wow I’m on track to put more time intoHyrule Warriorsthan any other videogame in 2014. This is coming from someone who has spent, at most, half an hour with Omega Force’s past titles. I may not be aDynasty Warriorsfan — and, hell, I’m often indifferent to theZeldaseries — but combine the former’s hack-and-slash action with the latter’s characters and lore andI’m all in.
